Refund policy

If matte. is not a fit, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will review the request.

Eligibility

Refunds are intended for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or cases where the export pass does not work as expected and we cannot resolve the issue.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future renewals through Stripe billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
